"This is the best exercise program ever! I have done them all over the past 5 years or so... P90x, Insanity, Rush Fitness, Tae Bo, etc. It's intense and challenging, but i look forward to doing it each morning. Each training session is about 45 minutes, which is the right length. The instructor is great, and it's fun seeing the MMA athletes working out (they're the laziest of the group). Congrats on a great product!! FYI, I am 50 years old, 5'10" 150 lbs and in pretty good shape, but not at the level of an athlete or a gym rat. I am a CFO that doesn't have the time to visit a gym but train every morning first thing before I head off to work."

"Because of my martial arts training, I knew I was going to like this program but I didn't realize how obsessed I was going to be. It is 11:24pm and I had just finished doing the Ripped Conditioning exercise. I would NEVER work out this late and just put it off the next day. Not with TapoutXT. I am on my 5th week and I feel good and strong especially at 44. My goal is to finish (stick with) this program when I turn 45 next month. My younger son has done a few of the exercises with me and has finished it till the end. You definitely need the "rest" day because the exercises really work your body and rest does your body good but then you miss the 1 rest day and you get so pumped to start up again. "I was wanting to do something intense tonight rather than doing my recovery + mobility workout tonight, so I decided to do one of the TapouT XT workouts. I am getting impatient to start it next week so I wanted a taste of it tonight and I randomly chose Strength and Force Upper. I really want this program to be worth the $120 I spent to get it and see if it lives up to the hype. And I gotta say that I went above my expectations. This workout really focuses on upper body training and it circulates through a combination of push-ups, resistant band punches, biceps curls, and presses. But because my shoulders are perhaps one of the tightest parts of my body I had the most difficult with moves such as punching the sky with the resistant bands, the scarecrow lunge, and arnold presses. My shoulders were on FIRE the entire workout. And I honestly didn't think that the skinny red resistant band the program came in would give me a good workout. But if you were to do this workout, the red band will be all you need. Trust me. I honestly felt like this workout was focusing more on my shoulders the entire time. I have never ever worked out my shoulders like I have tonight. I'm really happy that so far this workout is beyond expectations and I'm getting nervous to see how the rest of the workouts will be."
